Yoga Vihara

Yoga vihara is a simple, scientific, quality driven, free program for the general masses. This is a unique yoga camp for the overall personality development of every individual.

As the definition goes – ‘Yogah Karmasu Koushalam’, meaning bringing perfection in work and as the word Yoga meaning ‘Yuj’ describes combining, Combining of individual self with universal self. But for a layman to practise and to reach this level we combine body with mind along the bridge of breath.

Yoga vihara brings the gist of two definitions by combining body and mind through breath and helps to reach perfection in the daily routine both in material and spiritual worlds as such.

Thus yoga vihara is a unique holistic approach for the upliftment of the masses and help them to reach their goal easily and eventually.

Yoga vihara is being regularly conducted on 1st of every month to 10th, both in the morning 6am to 7am and evening 6pm to 7pm from last 7 years.

Thousands of people from nearby villages and even outsiders have imbibed immense benefits out of it and hundreds of people come, witness and participate in each class regularly.


Dhyana Yoga

Dhyana yoga is a special 10 day free workshop in kripa kunja auditorium dealing with various basic, scientific and effective meditative techniques.

Research proved that only relaxed mind can perform better in both social and spiritual life and meditation is the only method and solution to calm down and control the mind.

In Dhyana Yoga various practices and types of meditation will be taught for 10 days, one hour daily with scientific explanation and practical implication in our daily life.


Matru Yoga

Women of our family are accustomed to take care of their family caring least about their own health, hence ending up in various ailments and age related diseases. Women is like the back bone of a family and society. Great swami Vivekananda rightly said “There is no hope of rise for that family or country where there is no estimation of women, where they live in sadness”. Matru yoga is one such program which recommends to take care of this back bone i.e., women or householder.


We call mother or wife as a home maker. To be a perfect home maker she should be healthy both physically and mentally.


Keeping this in mind, 10 day free yoga workshop is conducted especially for ladies with special care upon the ladies health problem, including diet plan, lifestyle, yoga practices, pranayama practices, counselling which are specified for ladies.
