For the last 3 years it is assisting people who are interested to learn and apply ‘Yoga’ in their lives through its ‘Yoga Vihara’ camps. “Yoga Vihara” is simple, scientific, quality driven, no-fee (cost-free) program to train and teach ‘yoga’ to interested community members. This is being regularly conducted every month from the first day to tenth day (1-10) of the month from morning 6 a.m. to 7 a.m., and again from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the evening.
